What is MHOT?
MHOT (Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) uses a soft-sided, portable chamber to increase air pressure to roughly 1.3 atmospheres — about the pressure you'd feel 10 feet underwater. Under that pressure, your body can absorb meaningfully more oxygen with every breath.
It's the same category of therapy people know as mHBOT, delivered the way we think it should be: in your own home, on your own schedule, without a waitlist at a clinic.
Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes. Many people use the time to nap, read, or just breathe — no needles, no downtime, no sedation.

Before you join
Hospital ("hard shell") chambers run at higher pressures for treating specific medical conditions under a physician's care. MHOT chambers are soft-sided, run at milder pressure (around 1.3 ATA), and are designed for at-home wellness use — not as a replacement for medical treatment.
If you want to try MHOT around a specific goal — an event, a training block, a recovery — renting is the lower-commitment way in. If you already know you want a chamber as a permanent part of your routine, buying works out better long-term. You can always start with a rental and roll it into a purchase.
